The optimal temperature range for styling is typically around 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

It is important to note that our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks cuticles, which are necessary to maintain the color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed, further limiting the ability to alter the wig's color.

When it comes to wearing the wig, the process involves a few simple steps. First, gently comb the hair using a wide-tooth comb. Next, put on the wig cap, followed by the wig itself, ensuring the inner net buckle is properly adjusted. Finally, secure the wig in place.

Proper cleaning and care are essential to maintain the wig's appearance and longevity. To clean the wig, first, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb. Then, apply shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. Gently pat the wig dry with a towel, shake it to regain its style, and allow it to air dry naturally.

It is normal for wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time. To address this, use a wide-tooth comb and gently comb the hair from the ends to the roots. This will help prevent further shedding and tangling.

Regarding hairstyle and color, please note that all wigs are handcrafted, so the hairstyle may vary slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Additionally, the color may differ slightly due to individual monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.
