The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig products is a thermostable material, which allows them to be curled or straightened using electronic hair tools at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range for styling is between 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wigs cannot be dyed, as they lack the hair cuticle necessary to retain color over an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed, further preventing successful dyeing.

The steps for wearing a wig are as follows: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; and d) secure the wig in place.

Cleaning and caring for your wig involves the following process: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; apply shampoo in cold or warm water and soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to regain its style; and allow to air dry naturally.

It is normal for wigs to experience some shedding and tangling, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to remove any excess hair, combing from the ends towards the roots. This will help prevent further shedding and tangling. (Tip: Curly wigs are best combed with your fingers.)

While the hairstyles of our wigs are crafted by hand, slight variations may occur between batches. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Additionally, the color of the wig may appear slightly different depending on the settings of your personal computer or mobile device. We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products.
